Block Rates....Cut Rate

12 Hour Lockout (Studio A or B, Room only) 12 contiguous hours in either room. Engineer is NOT included. Clients are expected to purchase backups of their ProTools masters.

Our engineers cut a break from the usual $10-$20/hr they charge if you book a day block.
Engineering rates are $120-$200/day for those purchasing a day block, a substantial savings.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required no less than 5 days in advance to book block time. This money will apply to your final bill.
If you fail to show up for a block, we take your $100 and the day off, and go see a movie. You'll never see that money again.
All blocks must be paid for IN ADVANCE of the session to get that rate. When you show up to record, be prepared to finalize your balance.
If for some odd reason we take care of the money at the end of your session, and you come up short, we let you watch as we start dragging
files to the trash. Good thing there's an ATM nearby and we take credit cards. Get it together...have all the money unless arrangements were made.
Any arrangements to re-schedule a day must be cleared with our traffic and booking department, after all, we're doing you a favor here.
Engineers prefer to invoice you and be paid directly. If you are paying by a credit card, please let the engineer know if that is the only
arrangement you can come up with, they may add a slight surcharge.
Recording our Drums? If you want a killer tone, contact the engineer in advance and he'll arrange to have new heads fitted on
the studio kit, the purchase price and receipt will be added to your final bill. (don't worry, we don't mark it up, we just want great sound)
